How it started
The awkward email that started it all
Every small business owner knows the feeling. You've done the work, sent the invoice, and now you're waiting. A week goes by. Then two. You draft a polite reminder, delete it, rewrite it, and finally send something that sounds either too aggressive or too apologetic.
We built Wren because we lived this problem. Running a small business in Sydney, we spent more time chasing payments than doing the actual work. So we built a robot to handle it.
Today, Wren helps Australian businesses get paid faster without damaging client relationships. The robot does the chasing. You keep the relationship.
Idea born
After writing one too many "friendly reminder" emails, the idea for an automated solution took shape.
First prototype
A weekend project that connected to Xero and sent automated reminders.
Beta launch
